1. What types of products does the company offer?

Answer: The company offers two types of products – “Ready Stock” and “Pre-order.” Please ensure confirmation before placing an order to avoid delivery delays.

2. Does the company provide free delivery services?

Answer: Yes, we offer free delivery services. Details are as follows:

West Malaysia: RM7 flat rate, regardless of weight.
East Malaysia: Choose between air and sea shipping.
Air Shipping: RM9 per kg, additional RM9 per kg.
Sea Freight: One-time RM30, regardless of weight or volume.
Singapore: RM50 for the first 5KG, and additional RM10 per kg thereafter.

3. Does the company provide international shipping services?

Answer: Yes, we do provide international shipping services.

5. What should I do if I receive incorrect/lost/defective items? How to process returns?

Answer: In case of any dissatisfaction or incorrect items, ensure to take photos and record a video while opening the package. Send them to customer service with an explanation of the issue for evaluation. The company accepts returns or replacements of damaged or problematic goods within three days from the “signing date.” Ensure all items for return have sufficient and secure packaging. After returning the goods, provide the “tracking number” to customer service. The detailed subsequent process will be coordinated with you to find the most satisfactory solution.

7. What is the delivery time for my order?

Answer: After completing all order payments, delivery starts within 5-7 days from confirmed receipt. Delivery speed depends on packaging complexity, public holidays, or other factors.

8. My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Answer: If your order hasn’t arrived, check your shipping parcel number first to know its current location. If you haven’t received an “order number,” contact the customer service on the company’s homepage to check if it has been shipped.

10. Holiday Delivery Schedule

Answer: On public holidays, the company is closed, and all parcel sending procedures will resume when work resumes. Please be patient and understanding.

11. What forms of payment do we accept?

Answer: We accept bank transfers, cash payments (in-store pickup), Touch&Go, BOOST, and credit card payments.

12. About the company's working hours:

Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: 9 AM – 3 PM
Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed

⚠️ Rest time is from 1 PM to 2 PM daily.
Note: On rest days, including government public holidays, we do not provide on-site pickup services, including postal departments. We recommend customers to book a pickup time in advance to facilitate the preparation of your parcels.
